Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (one day in an office a month, London based) for an Influencer Talent Manager at Sharp Talent Management. The Influencer Talent Manager will be responsible for personally creating and managing a roster of influencers, mentoring their development, source brand partnerships and assist in the creation engaging content for clients.

Must haves:

• 1+ year experience in talent management and influencer representation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in content creation and campaign management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confidence in being able to source, negotiate and confirm branded opportunities
• People-first approach and attitude

The salary is to be confirmed depending on successful candidates experience in direct talent management and the wider influencer marketing world.
