Sharp Talent Management is a boutique talent agency representing some of the UK’s most exciting influencers and digital creators. We partner with brands to deliver high-impact campaigns while supporting our talent to grow, reach their full potential and build long-lasting careers. Our approach is hands-on and people-first. We help influencers develop creatively, secure brand partnerships and work to shape content that truly connects with audiences. Alongside this, we help talent achieve external goals such as launching their own brand, product or tour.
Role Description
We’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer Talent Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote role (with one office day per month in London).
In this role, you’ll build from the ground up to manage a roster of influencers, mentoring them on their journey and working closely to hit campaign goals and secure exciting brand collaborations. You’ll be the bridge between talent and brands in order to deliver standout campaigns, exceed targets and build long-term relationships that benefit everyone involved.
Must have
- 1+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer representation or influencer marketing (management side preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and opportunities
- Proven ability to source, negotiate and secure branded partnerships
- Know how to find, sign and retain digital talent
- Experience in content creation and campaign management
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A collaborative, people-first approach with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
