Are you confident working independently and looking for a field-based role where you’re out and about rather than stuck behind a desk? Control Flow is looking for a Household Water Auditor – Field Based Technician to join its Water Efficiency Team across Liverpool and the Wirral. The role You’ll visit customers in their homes to help them reduce water waste and improve efficiency. Your day will include carrying out water surveys, checking meter readings and flow rates, installing simple water-saving devices, identifying minor leaks and giving customers practical advice on reducing their water use. You’ll also speak with residents face-to-face, including some door-to-door engagement, to arrange appointments and explain the benefits of water-saving improvements. Key Responsibilities Visit households across Liverpool and the Wirral Carry out water efficiency surveys and basic checks Install water-saving devices Identify and complete minor leak repairs within your training Give customers practical water-saving advice Canvass local areas and arrange appointments Record visits and outcomes using the CRM system Manage equipment and vehicle stock Work towards daily and weekly targets Follow Health & Safety and safeguarding proceduresAbout Control Flow Control Flow delivers water efficiency projects that help customers reduce consumption, prevent waste and use water more efficiently.
