You'll visit customers at pre-booked appointments, installing water-saving products, completing minor plumbing repairs, and helping households reduce water waste. The Role You'll carry out water efficiency improvements in customers' homes, delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include: * Installing Control Flow water-saving devices * Identifying minor leaks and completing plumbing repairs * Working safely around water meters * Advising customers on reducing water usage * Managing appointments, travel, and van stock * Updating job records using CRM systems * Meeting daily and weekly installation targets About Control Flow Technologies Control Flow Technologies provides specialist utility services, helping major organisations improve water efficiency.
