We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and effectively closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage their time efficiently while working independently.
You will have a flexible working week, with a minimum of 36.25 hours per week being dedicated to the role (7.25 hours per day), Monday to Friday only, NO WEEKENDS! The more you put in, the more you will earn. OTE circa £30-£40K p.a. (Based on 2-3 successful customer sign ups per day) Uncapped commissions.
Duties:- Conduct door-to-door visits to engage with potential customers and introduce our offerings.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively to highlight their benefits.
- Build rapport with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve sales strategies.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise productivity during working hours.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage appointments.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel between locations.
- Familiarity with IT tools for tracking sales data is a plus but not essential.
