We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Campaign Manager to manage our Door to Door and Venue Sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our teams across our current sales campaigns, whilst also selling yourself.
Our teams engage with potential customers in their homes, or in venues such as supermarkets and shopping centres, presenting our products and services, effectively closing sales. You will be required to work a 36.25 hour working week (working 5 days a week) across our 7 days sales operation. This role will include weekend working on a rota basis.
Salary: £25,000 basic plus commission and bonuses OTE circa £70,000 p.a. (Based on salary, commission and team bonuses) Uncapped commissions Employed and self employed options available. 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays on our employed package.
Duties:
- Our teams conduct door-to-door visits to engage with potential customers and introduce our offerings.
- We also operate sales teams within supermarkets and shopping centres to engage with potential customers.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively to highlight their benefits.
- Build rapport with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve sales strategies.
- Manage the team schedules efficiently to maximise productivity during working hours.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage the team.
- A valid driver's licence is required for travel between locations.
- Familiarity with IT tools.
