Sharp Talent is recruiting on behalf of Control Flow Technologies for a Plumber – Water Efficiency Engineer based in Carlisle, covering Cumbria and the surrounding areas.
You’ll be out on the road, meeting customers, fixing minor leaks and installing water-saving devices. It's a great opportunity to put your plumbing skills to good use in a secure, permanent role where every day brings something different.
The Role
You’ll work independently, visiting customers at pre-booked appointments and helping households save water.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing water-saving devices in customers' homes
- Finding and fixing minor plumbing leaks
- Working safely around water meters
- Offering practical water-saving advice
- Managing appointments and van stock
- Updating completed jobs through the CRM system
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel throughout Cumbria
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable working in customers' homes
- EUSR Water Hygiene qualification and DBS check, or willingness to obtain both
