About this job:
Executive Search Firm - Trainee Recruitment Associate
Initially onsite - Hybrid after probation (Must be commutable to London)
Basic salary - £32k plus bonus (1st Year OTE £45K)
I’ve partnered with an early-stage search and advisory firm as they look to expand the team with Graduate Recruiter looking to kickstart their career within Executive Search joining their trainee programme starting August/September.
My client is a strategic growth partner to some of the top VCs across the globe, working with early-stage SaaS, AI and Cyber Security start-ups taking them all the way to IPO or acquisition by building out their GTM and technical functions.
This means you could be recruiting anything from a team of Account Executives, Heads of Marketing and Customer Success positions through to VP/SVP leadership roles on a fully retained/exclusive search basis.
Full training will be provided and whilst initially you will be focused on delivery, over time you will be given the support to run full searches yourself, build strong lasting partnerships with clients across the globe.
Day to day your time will be spent market mapping, carrying out research, creating longlists and being involved in strategic outreach to candidates.
They have a big focus on quality, they are well respected within the GTM recruitment market and genuinely trusted by the clients and candidates they partner with.
In 2025 they supported an early stage start-up scale from 10+ heads to close to 50. Other partnerships have included start-ups/scale-ups who have raised 9 figure rounds in funding.
This opportunity sits in a genuinely interesting space, combining the credibility and quality of Executive Search with the pace and earning potential of agency, alongside the level of client partnership you’d typically expect in-house.
You will be based out of their London office with the ability to relocate in the future alongside travelling to industry leading events within the GTM space.
Benefits include unlimited holiday, remote working flexibility. They have a great culture, super collaborative and a team feel environment full of hard working, driven yet nice people.
You’ll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator.
