I'm looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter from a "professional services" background to take over an extremely warm and established desk. No BD required; lots of clients and roles to work on. The average fee is about £8k, with terms agreed at 20%. We pay 20% commission with no threshold.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-value, relationship-led market.
The Role:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the R2R market
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment professionals and agency clients
- Working on both retained and contingent assignments
- Supporting candidates with career moves across multiple international markets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment (professional services, niche market recruitment)
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes effectively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
What’s On Offer:
