A Delivery Consultant to join a fast-growing specialist GTM agency that specifically works with early and growth stage VC/PE SaaS companies worldwide. You will be hiring the following types of positions:
- Sales – Account Executives, BDR / SDR / Sales Director / AVP Sales / VP Sales / RVP Sales / Chief Sales Officers
- Marketing – Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing / VP Product Marketing / Product Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer
- Customer Success – Chief Customer Officer / Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Managers
This role is delivery-focused, meaning there is no business development to win clients; you’ll be focused on 100% of the candidate process, working on fees. £25k+. There are two routes to progress within the business:
- Delivery with progression to 360 – meaning once you’ve learnt the market, you can progress to a role enabling you to carry out business development and onboard your own clients.
- Delivery with progression to Account Management – This means, once you’ve learnt the market, you will be given a number of client accounts to manage, nurture, and build on whilst remaining hands-on in delivery.
You do not need to be a GTM Recruiter to apply for this role, they’re happy to cross-train from other markets, i.e., Professional Services, Technology, Life Sciences, Renewables, etc. You will be supported and given training to help you make the transition into the new market, and given all the tools to be successful.
The firm is based in London and operates on a hybrid basis, i.e., 1-day WFH with hours 10-7pm each day. The business is growing, planning to double in headcount by 2026, so this is a great opportunity to join them earlier on in their journey as a business.
