I’m working on a search for a Recruitment Delivery Director for a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs across the globe. The firm works with early-stage visionary start-ups and helps take them all the way to IPO or acquisition through building world-class GTM and technical functions.
They are now the go-to GTM search firm/team builders for several of Silicon Valley's biggest funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA. Exciting clients they’ve been pivotal in growing include Dremio, Imply Data, Sprinklr, MongoDB, and many more.
The role of Recruitment Delivery Manager will lead a team of seven dedicated Recruitment Delivery Consultants. There is no BD with this role, but you’ll be hands-on, delivering and developing Consultants through to promotion, whilst managing them on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal background will be someone who’s very experienced in Recruitment Delivery within the start-up, fintech, technology, or especially GTM. You’ll have a proven track record in coaching and developing Grads and experienced Delivery Consultants.
You must have a team of Recruitment Consultants to over 20 heads with over £2M GP. You’ll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator. Most of the work is retained, and the level of salaries you’ll be working on will range from £200k-£5m+.
