We're looking for a Recruitment Director to lead an established team of 10+ contract 360 recruiters placing ERP and Data talent across Europe.

The focus is leadership: owning the performance, growth, and direction of the team.

The role can be billing or non-billing depending on your strengths, but BD will form part of the role.

The role

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 10 contract recruiters across the ERP and Data markets
  • Own team performance against contract GP targets, from pipeline through to placement
  • Set the strategy for how the team
  • Drive the standard on candidate and client experience
  • Recruit, onboard and retain as the team scales

Who it suits

  • A billing manager or team lead ready to step up, or an existing director looking for a stronger platform
  • A track record in contract recruitment, ideally within ERP, Data or adjacent technology markets, but very open to candidates from other verticals.
  • Genuine people leadership experience
  • Comfortable operating across European markets and multiple client relationships at once

The package

Base salary of £70,000 to £80,000, with an OTE of £140,000 to £150,000.
