We’re looking for a high-calibre Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Strategy & Consulting practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of top-tier consulting firms, in-house strategy teams, and exceptional talent from MBB, Big 4, and elite boutiques.

The Role

• Partner with leading consulting firms, corporates, and PE-backed businesses on senior strategy hires
• Build and own a market within strategy, corporate development, or transformation
• Advise high‑performing candidates on career moves that genuinely shape their trajectory
• Deliver end‑to‑end search assignments, from market mapping through to close
• Develop a personal brand as a trusted advisor in the strategy ecosystem

About You

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in strategy/consulting with a desire to move into search
• Commercial mindset with a consultative, relationship‑led approach
• Credible, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Ambitious, self‑directed, and motivated by long‑term success rather than quick wins
