Recruitment Consultant – Hadleigh / Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Hadleigh / Leigh-on-Sea office. The role is delivery-focused from day one, with live roles to work on immediately.

- Ability to control the candidate process from identification through qualification and closing
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time
- Manage a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate
- The ability to listen and learn and continuously strive to improve
- Great customer service skills; provide an unrivalled candidate and client experience
- Relationship building by listening and understanding what\’s needed at any point in the process
Must be degree educated
- Degree desirable, but not necessary if you have commercial experience
