Recruitment Consultant – Leigh-on-Sea/Hadleigh
£20,000 – £30,000 basic
£40,000 – £65,000 first year OTE
No Threshold commission scheme

We are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant.

The role is Delivery-focused initially, you'll have live roles to work on from day one.
You ;
-Inquisitive, emotionally intelligent, and conscientious.

-High level of literacy, the ability to write targeted individual approaches to passive candidates.
-Ability to control the candidate process from identification, through to qualification and closing.
-Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time.
-Manage a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate.
-The ability to listen and learn and continuously thrive to improve.
-Great customer service skills, someone who strives to provide an unrivalled candidate and client experience.
-Relationship building by listening and understanding what's needed at any point in the process
Strong communication skills.
-Positive attitude – no mood hoovers!
High level of education – degree desirable, but not necessary if you have commercial experience.
Throughout your career, you will be trained and given the tools to reach your full potential.
