Location: Essex (Hybrid)

Salary: £22,000 – £37,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000 – £90,000+)

We are a specialist Recruitment-to-Recruitment search firm operating on a genuinely global basis, partnering with recruitment agencies across the UK, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-value, relationship-led market, with access to live roles and international candidates from day one.

The Role:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the R2R market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment professionals and agency clients
  • Working on both retained and contingent assignments
  • Supporting candidates with career moves across multiple international markets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes effectively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
