Overview
Executive Search - Researcher/Delivery Consultant Hybrid - must be based commutable to London. Basic salary - £32k plus bonus.
I’ve partnered with an early-stage search and advisory firm as they look to expand the team with an entry level / Associate Researcher.
Responsibilities
- Delivery/research focused responsibilities including market mapping, research, and creating longlists.
- Strategic outreach to candidates.
- Recruiting across roles from Account Executives to VP of Sales and C-Suite on retained/exclusive search basis.
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events within GTM as required.
Qualifications
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience within recruitment or a current Trainee/Graduate seeking to start a role in Executive Search.
- Strong communication, literacy, and education to a good level.
