I’m working on a mandate for an Executive Search Consultant to work for one of the leading specialist search firms focusing on Technology, Software Engineering, Product, and Design leadership in the SaaS Start-up space.
This is 100% search; all their clients/projects are retained. They have 180 people globally, 31 in Europe, and have been established for 25 years.
Roles range from placing CTOs with some of Europe’s most exciting start-ups to the leadership teams for Product, Engineering, and Design. All roles are C-Level, Head of, or VP-level.
This role is for a Junior Principal and would suit someone with 2-4 years’ experience in search or contingency (perm) who focuses on the same vertical as them.
You’ll work alongside Partners/Directors on searches, and after 12-18 months, you should be on target to lead/manage your own searches.
