Delivery Consultant (GTM) Hybrid/Remote Options
Basic salary - £65,000 DOE
OTE - £130k+
I’ve partnered with an early stage search and advisory firm who are hiring a retained search GTM Delivery Consultant. My client is a strategic growth partner to some of the top VCs across the globe, working with early-stage start-ups, taking them all the way to IPO or acquisition by building out their GTM and technical functions.
They are now the go-to GTM team builders for several of Silicon Valley's biggest funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA. For this role, you’ll come with GTM/Commercial hiring experience, ideally within agency/search firm background. You’ll know what good looks like when it comes to hiring teams of Account Executives through to VP of Sales / C Suite level leadership roles within early stage Series A-C start ups.
Our client operates on a 100% retained/exclusive search basis, this is a great opportunity to transition from contingent to search with a focus on quality, process and candidate experience. You’ll be based out of their London office with 100% remote options - there’s also the ability to relocate to their US office in 2027.
