Contracts Director (Life Sciences Recruitment)
Up to £100k base
4 days a week in the office
I’m working on a search for a Contracts Director to lead a division of 360 Contract Recruiters who specialise in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical.
The firm is a Life Sciences talent consultancy.
In recent months, they\’ve had their highest performing month as a business since August 2022, when the market was booming.
In 2024, they signed 298 terms as a global business (new and re-engaged), and 2025 is looking like it will be an even better year for them.
The role is a hands-off Contract Director whose main focus is to up-skill the Contracts Division of 360 Recruiter (Consultants, TL’s and Managers), to enable growth of both profit and headcount.
You’ll have full P&L control and will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategy.
Base for the role is flexible, as a starting point I’m quoting £100,000.
One important thing to mention is that experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma recruitment industry isn’t essential. However, experience leading and growing contract teams/divisions is, and having international experience is also desired.
