About this job:
- Executive Search - Researcher/Delivery Consultant
- Hybrid - 3 days in office (Must be commutable to London)
- Basic salary - £40k plus commission
I’ve partnered with an early-stage search and advisory firm as they look to expand the team with an Associate Researcher. You will come with 6 months to 3 years' experience already within agency recruitment or executive search.
My client is a strategic growth partner to some of the top VCs across the globe, working with early-stage SaaS, AI and Cyber Security start-ups taking them all the way to IPO or acquisition by building out their GTM and technical functions. This means you could be recruiting anything from a team of Account Executives, Marketing and Customer Success roles through to VP/SVP leadership roles on a fully retained/exclusive search basis.
This role is focused on delivery, meaning you will not be responsible for new business or new client generation. Instead, your role will be focused on the candidates' journey. In time, you will become more involved in Account Management and Client relationship management.
Day to day, your time will be spent market mapping, carrying out research, creating longlists and being involved in strategic outreach to candidates. They have a big focus on quality, are well respected within the GTM recruitment market, and are genuinely trusted by the clients and candidates they partner with.
In 2025, they supported an early-stage start-up scale from 10+ heads to close to 50. Other partnerships have included start-ups/scale-ups who have raised 9-figure rounds in funding. This opportunity sits in a genuinely interesting space, combining the credibility and quality of Executive Search with the pace and earning potential of agency, alongside the level of client partnership you’d typically expect in-house.
You’ll be based out of their London office 3 times per week and will have the opportunity to visit clients across the globe, attending industry events. Benefits include unlimited holiday, remote working flexibility, and the opportunity to relocate to their US office in future. They have a great culture, host regular socials and team trips away which have included skiing and Vegas in the past.
You’ll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator. Please contact me for more details.
