We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business in the East Midlands. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in sales with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate information

- Previous experience in a sales or business development role
