We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our Clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

Location: Derby

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Pay Rate: £16.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing bespoke joinery items including doors, windows, staircases, and furniture
  • Working from technical drawings and specifications
  • Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Assembling and finishing products to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
