We are looking for a motivated individual to support the European Marketing Group Manager in the development of brand awareness and demand generation for Sharp IT Services. Please be aware that this is a 14-month fixed-term contract.
The individual must have a good understanding of the IT market, specifically IT Services and MSP, with experience in an IT Services Marketing role, either for vendors or service providers, for at least 5 years with a good understanding of the full marketing mix.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop ITS marketing content, assets, and programmes as agreed to be used on both online and offline marketing platforms.
- Support new services launches working with vendor partners, including responsibility for MDF and collaborative campaigns.
- Manage content for the European website, ensuring SEO focus and content is relevant, up to date and consistent in messaging.
- Lead on the project management of all ITS marketing communications initiatives and campaigns, working with the Marketing Group Manager to ensure they are on time and within budget to meet the planned objectives.
- Brief & manage the relationship with external marketing agencies and other relevant suppliers & act as key contact.
- Evaluate projects/campaigns on agreed KPIs/objectives and make recommendations to the Marketing Group Manager for future improvements and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all assets are in line with company guidelines, branding & meet industry/legal requirements.
- Liaise with regional marketing teams and assist as required to accelerate new ITS launches.
- Deliver internal communications to raise awareness of ITS within Sharp.
- Minimum 5 years Marketing Communications experience in IT Services Marketing role either for vendors or service providers, ideally on a pan-European basis.
- Project managed major initiatives or campaigns.
- Delivered activity across the marketing communications mix.
- Professional Marketing qualification.
- Commercially astute, able to assess simple ROI on expenditure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Strong communication skills, written & verbal.
