Join Sharp Electronics Europe as HR & Payroll Admin Location: Sharp’s European HQ in Stockley Park, Hayes This is a full time position working 3 days from the office, 2 days from home. Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional ready to take your HR career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for an HR & Payroll Admin who will also be in charge of maintaining the current LMS, to become an essential part of our SEE HR team at Sharp’s European HQ. If you thrive on ensuring seamless HR operations, enjoy the intricacies of payroll support, and are passionate about learning and development, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, handling contracts, HR system setups, and induction. Provide vital support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation. Track and manage probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and deliver timely reports. Partner with our external payroll provider to manage monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits. Lead the management and enhancement of the LMS, developing training programs and assisting with user queries. Ensure timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts. Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and manage the SEE HR inbox effectively. Who You Are: Experienced in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases preferred. Project management and presentation skills are a bonus. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion. Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
