We're looking for an experienced Communications & Engagement Lead to join our People & Transformation team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect, communicate, and engage with colleagues across the organisation.

You'll work closely with senior leaders to bring our strategy, values, and ambitions to life through impactful communications, employee listening initiatives, and engagement programmes.
The RoleReporting to the Director of Change, Culture & Engagement, you'll lead the development and delivery of our communications and engagement strategy, ensuring colleagues feel informed, connected, and empowered to contribute to our success. You'll be responsible for: Developing and delivering integrated communication and engagement strategies aligned to organisational priorities. Creating high-impact internal communication campaigns across multiple channels and locations.
Supporting cultural transformation by embedding organisational values and behaviours through targeted initiatives. Advising senior leaders on key messaging, leadership communications, and change communications. Leading employee listening activities, including surveys, feedback forums, and employee voice initiatives. Using engagement insights and communication metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Building communication and engagement capability across the management population.
Optimising communication channels and ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and accessible. About YouWe're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and can confidently engage with stakeholders at every level of the business.
You'll bring: Proven experience developing and delivering internal communications and employee engagement strategies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience leading communications projects, campaigns, programmes, or teams. The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communications. Experience supporting organisational change through effective communications and engagement planning. A data-driven approach, using insights and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Desirable experience includes communications, engagement, or change qualifications, as well as exposure to digital workplace platforms and employee communication technologies.
