Overview
In this role you will manage client IT issues across London sites, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to drive satisfaction and retention. You will own, update and progress tickets, meeting KPIs and delivering a consistent high standard of service at Sharp IT. You will organise daily tasks, work with cross-functional teams, and act as an ambassador of Complete IT to uphold the company reputation. You will apply technical knowledge across Microsoft Server/Desktop, Cloud, virtualization, networking, and security to progress tickets and improve client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own, update and progress tickets to ensure issues are investigated and actions taken
- Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators to maintain high service standards
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to align with client expectations
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients to support effective information exchange
- Utilise advanced technical knowledge to progress tickets and deliver excellent client service
- Act as an ambassador of Complete IT to enhance the Sharp IT reputation
Key requirements
- Minimum 18 months IT support experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Technologies (365 and Azure)
- Intermediate knowledge of Virtualisation, Networking, Firewalls and Cyber Security
- Basic backup and Anti-Virus knowledge
