Responsibilities
- Candidate management, including calls and registrations.
- Client management, including calls and meetings.
- Advertising, response and screening.
- Networking, external and internal, as well as hosting your own events.
- Shortlisting and presentation of shortlists.
- PSL management and conversion.
- Interview allocation and preparation.
- Offer management and negotiation.
- Key account management.
You must either have a suitable background within a sales or recruitment environment and will ideally be degree educated (although not essential) with a keen desire to start or progress your working career in a market leading recruitment business.
