As a new addition to the team, you will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process, from candidates to clients and the development of both. Key to the role and at the forefront of everything we do is relationships and the ability to not only build new relationships but strengthen the ones we already have.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Candidate management, including calls and registrations
- Client management, including calls and meetings
- Advertising, response and screening
- Networking, external and internal as well as hosting your own events
- Shortlisting and presentation of shortlists
- PSL management and conversion
- Interview allocation and preparation
- Offer management and negotiation
- Key account management
You must either have a suitable background within a sales or recruitment environment and will ideally be degree educated (although not essential) with a keen desire to start or progress your working career in a market leading recruitment business.
