Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role has arisen at a pivotal time for the business following a successful international merger and a renewed focus on accelerated growth.

This position will sit at the centre of financial reporting excellence, leading robust reporting processes while remaining hands-on across international finance functions. You will work closely with EMEA teams and partner with sales and commercial stakeholders to drive insight and performance. It offers an exceptional platform for a Financial Controller looking to gain exposure within a driven PE-backed environment.

- Discretionary Bonus Structure
- Drive financial operations for EMEA entities
- Full production of a consolidated Management Accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliations, KPI analysis, and commentary
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Act as a trusted business partner with sales, commercial teams and international functions
- Coordinating cash management, including cash flow, forecasting, and banking processes
- Monitoring and managing Foreign Exchange requirements
- Developing and sustaining high-level, productive relationships across the organisation and with key external advisors (legal, tax, audit)
- Driving continuous improvement of financial processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness of information delivery
- Providing strategic recommendations based on external business factors
- Monitoring and analysing external trends to inform board-level decision-making
- Optimise cash management processes including cash flow forecasting
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
