Our client is now looking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll, Purchase Ledger & Office Administrator to support their finance and operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands-on individual seeking a varied role within a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing end-to-end payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
- Managing the purchase ledger function, including invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations, and handling queries.
- Assisting with payment runs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Providing general administrative support across the office, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc finance and office duties as required.
