As Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business, working closely with the CFO to integrate financial acumen with commercial insight. This position offers exceptional career progression and the chance to make a lasting impact on the company’s financial strategy. * Oversee and lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring performance is effectively reviewed against budgets. * Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders. * Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles with accuracy and insight. * Ensure precise reconciliation of intergroup balances and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders. * Collaborate with the CFO to provide actionable commercial insights and enhance profitability. * Assist senior management in evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities in line with growth objectives. * Mentor and develop junior team members, honing your leadership and team-building skills.
