We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst with a leading property business based near Bradford. This role would be an excellent fit for a Qualified Finance Business Partner or FP&A professional with strong commercial insight and advanced financial modelling skills. Key Responsibilities:

Support senior leadership with budgets, forecasts, and financial models, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to, enabling data-driven decisions.

Provide financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop dashboards to provide clear visibility of performance metrics.

Provide scenario analysis and financial evaluations.
-
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Develop and maintain training materials for financial reporting, forecasting, and planning tools to upskill stakeholders.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI etc).
