A very successful SME based in Ripon needs an experienced qualified accountant for a three‑month period due to a period of change. The overall objective is to deliver financial leadership and support the senior management team on a four‑day a week basis.
Responsibilities:
- Producing the monthly accounts
- Coordinating the annual budgets
- Cash‑flow management
- Financial reporting and forecasting
- Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors
- Ensuring strong financial controls
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
- Able to start in June (July latest) and commit to an initial three‑month contract.
- Some remote working is available; expectation is to be on site in Ripon at least two days per week.
- Qualified accountant with suitable experience.
