Sharp Consultancy are working with a well‑established business based in Ripon who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team!
Joining a friendly finance team with a team well established Credit Control team where you will take ownership over a portion of the ledger managing the end‑to‑end process.
Job Duties:
- Opening of new accounts and managing your own ledger end to end
- Maintain internal and external relationships
- Chase overdue payments via phone, email and letter
- Maintaining customer records and dealing with any queries that may arise
- Managing credit limits with customers and escalating where required
- Agree and negotiate payment plans with customers
What we’re looking for:
- Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Worked to timed deadlines
- Microsoft proficient
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £30000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
