As a new addition to the team in either location, you will be responsible for the 180 recruitment process, from candidate attraction campaigns to research and mapping using our in-house CRM and external software packages, including but not limited to LinkedIn. Key to the role and at the forefront of everything we do is relationships and the ability to not only build new relationships but strengthen the ones we already have.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Candidate management, including identification, calls and meetings
- Process management, in particular the candidate to shortlist process
- Advertising, response and screening
- LinkedIn campaign and in-mail projects
- Networking, external and internal as well as hosting your own candidate themed events
- Shortlisting and presentation of shortlists
- PSL management
- Interview allocation and preparation
- Offer management and negotiation
- Marketing and proactive candidate sourcing
You will either have a suitable background within a recruitment environment or be a graduate looking to make your first step into a recruitment career and have a keen desire to start or progress your working career in a market leading recruitment business.
