Sharp Consultancy are working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving supplier queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with payment runs including BACS payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties where required

Desired skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
