Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Processing expenses and credit card expenses
- Maintaining the company ledgers and assisting in reconciliations
- Raising sales invoices and credit control
- Ensure consistent and accurate record keeping is maintained at all times
- Support in month end procedures
- Ad hoc administration duties
