The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger function.
Duties will include: Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
Preparing supplier payment runs.
Responding to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
