Candidate Profile: If you are a qualified ACA or CA, whether ICAEW or ICAS with exceptional customer facing and transactional advisory skills this could be the best career move you ever make. Responsibilities: You will perform a valuable role primarily assisting the directors and partners in identifying risks and opportunities and performing due diligence on potential new investment and exit opportunities. These could be new platform deals, bolt-on acquisitions and disposals or full exits.

Qualifications: To be considered you must have qualified as a chartered accountant with a quality firm of accountants (it does not have to be Big 4) and have up-to-date professional practice experience from within corporate restructuring / business recovery, including performing IBR work or transaction services / financial due diligence. You will have first-class interpersonal skills, a keen interest in a career with an investor and some ‘commercial nous’.
