Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Lead on accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
- Analyse commercial contracts and extract key financial data.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support audit processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for finance queries related to a growing property portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and reporting.
