Sharp Consultancy are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds who are looking for an experienced payroll and finance specialist to join the business.
Joining a friendly finance team you will take ownership over the payroll processes for the business alongside supporting the wider finance team with finance and accounting operations.
Job Duties:
Processing both weekly and monthly payroll
Completing HMRC reporting and timesheet analysis
Dealing with any payroll and payslip queries
Support the P11d processing and management of attachment of earnings
Assisting with monthly P&L
Credit and petty cash processing
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns
Review of supplier statements
What were looking for:
Previous experience of payroll processing and up to date HMRC knowledge
Excellent communication
Ability to work as part of a team
Worked to timed deadlines
Microsoft proficient
What’s on offer:
Salary up to £35000 per annum
Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 16:00
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Free onsite parking
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
