The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.
Our client are a well known and easily recognisable name based in Leeds. They currently have a part-time opening to join a small finance team.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for processing debtor receipts through the cash book.
- Review and reconcile individual debtor accounts on a regular basis.
- Pursue outstanding debts via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Issue statements and reminder notices to parents when required.
- Produce monthly aged debtor reports for review with the Financial Controller.
- Agree payment arrangements and schedules where appropriate to support debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up to date notes and communication histories within the finance system.
- Support the collection of enrichment activity payments via the Evolve system.
- Uphold company standards to ensure a professional approach to all stakeholders, escalating debts in line with the credit policy, including liaison with solicitors where necessary.
- Monitor accounts and escalate overdue balances as required.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service to all account holders.
- Support monthly and termly fee billing cycles, ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time.
- Assist with the administration and monitoring of government early years funding applications and allocations.

- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
