Our client is a well-known and easily recognisable name based in Leeds. They currently have a part-time opening to join a small finance team.
- Oversee all purchase ledger activities, including invoice approval, coding, and data entry.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage and monitor the group Finance inbox.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc payment runs.
- Coordinate the ordering and procurement of stock for staff and ensure sufficient stationery supplies are maintained.
- Support the Finance Officer with the billing process, taking responsibility for multiple recharge items.
- Reconcile credit card statements, post all transactions to the ledger, and ensure credit limits are not exceeded.
- Assist with the administration of the FEEE portal.
- Maintain and manage petty cash.
- Support the financial and administrative aspects of school trips, events, and Evolve system administration.
- Assist with uploading pension files to provider platforms.
- Provide holiday cover for the Finance Officer when required.
- Contribute to finance-related projects as needed.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks in support of the wider school.
- Undertake any additional finance duties as requested by the Financial Controller.
