This role requires someone who can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, technology-led manufacturing environment. The business is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support the finance function over the next 6 – 9 months.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strengthening finance teams and partnering closely with a Finance Director or CFO to deliver key business and finance projects. You will be a hands-on finance professional who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day finance function and overseeing the production of management and statutory accounts.

Supporting the Finance Director with strategic initiatives and project delivery.

Identifying and implementing process improvements across the finance function.

Producing insightful ad hoc reporting and analysis for the senior leadership team.

Ensuring deadlines are met in a dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
You will be a natural business partner, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and providing clear financial insight to support decision‑making. Experience working with large-scale ERP systems is highly desirable.
This is an urgent requirement, and the client is looking to appoint quickly.
