You will work within an established corporate finance team delivering both buy-side and sell-side advice, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs and related valuations.
The ideal candidate will likely be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA/ICAEW/ICAS) with a proven track record, strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead and coach.
