We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established global technology business based in Leeds to recruit a Group Finance Manager.
This is a senior position with responsibility for leading the management accounts team and overseeing accurate and timely reporting across the wider group. The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, with a focus on commercial performance, financial insight, forecasting and driving improvements in the quality and efficiency of management reporting.
Key responsibilities will include;

Senior leadership position within the Group Finance function

Responsibility for leading the Management Accounts team

Ownership of monthly management accounts and group reporting

Strong focus on commercial performance, variance analysis and financial insight

Significant exposure to the senior leadership team

Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and planning
-
Opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance reporting
-
Broad international / multi-entity exposure
-
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified required
Ideally suited to someone from a complex, multi-site or international environment

Excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broader Head of Finance / senior finance leadership position

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification

Strong management accounting and group reporting experience

Proven experience leading and developing a finance team

Strong understanding of month-end, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

Experience producing high-quality management information for senior leadership

Experience within a complex, multi-entity, multi-site or international environment
-
Track record of improving processes, controls and reporting
-
Confident operating at both a strategic and detailed level
-
Experience in a fast-paced, growing or acquisitive business.
