Responsibilities
- You will perform a valuable role primarily assisting the directors and partners in identifying potential investment opportunities and managing various elements of the deal process through due diligence and on to completion – the whole investment cycle from origination through to completing the investment, further bolt‑on acquisitions and eventually exits.
Qualifications
- To be considered you must have qualified with a quality firm of accountants (it does not have to be Big 4) and have up‑to‑date professional practice experience from within corporate restructuring, business recovery, transaction services or financial due diligence.
- You will have first‑class interpersonal skills, a keen interest in a career as an investor and some commercial nous.
