About the role

Sharp Consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a well‑established business based in Harrogate on a 12‑month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to become part of a friendly and supportive finance team, ensuring payroll operations continue to run smoothly.

The role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Prepare and distribute employee payslips and P60s.
  • Maintain accurate sickness, holiday, and pension records.
  • Respond to day‑to‑day payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure payroll data is processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
