This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance team during an exciting phase of expansion and development. This is a highly commercial role where you will work closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic support to drive performance and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial guidance and support business objectives.
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes with key stakeholders.
- Building financial models, scenario plans, and cost–benefit analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
- Monitoring business performance and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with department heads to drive efficiencies, optimise costs, and improve profitability.
- Providing challenge and constructive support to non‑finance stakeholders to ensure commercially sound decisions are made.
- Communicating financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and operational teams.
- Supporting the development and monitoring of key performance indicators across the business.
- Ensuring financial processes and reporting remain compliant with company policies and internal controls.
- Assisting with ad‑hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with previous experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles and a desire to further develop both commercial and analytical skill sets. Must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
